W.J. Hopkinson left behind a treasure trove of dozens of paintings when he passed in 1970. Most of these paintings have never been seen by anyone outside his family. Now, for the first time, these paintings are available for purchase directly from the Hopkinson Estate.

Paintings span several decades of Hopkinson’s long career, including earlier works that were painted with brush, before he switched to painting with palette knife. Paintings include landscapes from the Haliburton area – his favourite locale – other parts of Ontario, as well as scenes from his travels in Eastern Canada, Alberta, British Columbia and Glouchester, Mass.
